By using w2file (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

The service renders a publicly reachable web page that you specify and returns an image (PNG/JPG) or a PDF of that page. Generated files are kept temporarily and deleted within 24 hours.

2. Acceptable use

• Only capture pages you are legally allowed to access and reproduce.
• Do not use the service to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or any other rights.
• Do not attempt to reach private, internal or restricted systems. Requests to private and reserved network addresses are blocked.
• Do not overload, probe or attempt to disrupt the service. Automated or excessive use may be rate-limited or blocked.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

3. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use the files you generate. The captured content belongs to its respective owners; this service merely renders it at your request.

4. Availability & "as is"

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every page will render perfectly, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that files will be retained for any minimum period.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Advertising

The service may display advertisements to help cover running costs. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising partners may use cookies.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
